The Ozark Mountain Band Audio Clips

Select from 25 of the best clips from the live performance.  All songs are straight off the main house feed with little if any EQ or adjustments.   Scott Spradline, our unheralded sound guy at this show, did a fantastic job and the mix shows it.  Sound guys never get enough credit, (been there, done that many times), and when you have someone with as good as ears as Scott, and attention to detail, you get these kinds of results.  You get one shot at mix and he did a great job under tough circumstances. (Cold, breezy, and his first time mixing our band).   Of course we had one shot to do it right as well, but these guys could stand in a blizzard and it would sound pretty good!

Most of the clips are from 30 to 60 seconds in length, and we give you a little commentary about each song.    Unless we get overwhelmed with volume orders, for now you can pick your songs if you are interested in a CD.   We will even give you a spot to let us know your favorite song.   Click the links at the bottom and email us your preferences and we will put it together for you. Some songs we may not provide clips of in order to save on disk space, but on most you should have a good idea of the talent you will hear.

The Ozark Mountain Band
The OMB live clips.

Life is Like a Mountain Railroad

Southern Gospel classic clip with four part harmony.

Katy Hill

A traditional fiddle tune kickoff and Tim does not disappoint despite the cold fingers.

Family Bible
Jimmie Allison does a great job on this old gospel number with four part help from the rest of the band. The words remind you of a family home the country needs.

Sally Goodin
This clip features a little taste of Tim's fiddling ability with Jimmie and Bobbie driving the rhythm.
